The active substance CBD is extracted from the leaves and flowers of the hemp plant through an extraction process. The hemp plant contains a relatively high level of non-psychoactive CBD. The exact optimal dosage differs per person. It is especially important that you do not take too much CBD in the beginning. This way your body can get used to it. Start with 1 to 2 drops at a time 2 to 3 times a day. Depending on your personal needs, you can increase or decrease the dosage. Always read the information on the packaging carefully before using the product. It is best to drip CBD under the tongue and let it soak in for about half a minute. This promotes good absorption through the mucous membranes. Always shake the bottle well before use.
